Peachtree City, GA – May 28, 2009 – Century CRM is pleased to announce they have developed their first human factors program for Training Port, a Canadian-based company providing on-line training for professional pilots in Canada.
The first program in the series explores conflict resolution in the cockpit. The short on-line interactive series provides an introduction to the more advanced aspects of human factors training offered by Century CRM. The first course was made available to Training Port clients on May 1, 2009, with future courses planned for release later in the year.
“This provides us an opportunity to introduce the Canadian aviation community to the professional level of training that we have provided to corporate pilots here in the U.S.” said Century CRM founder, Gary Rower.
