Aviation Fabricators (AvFab) recently received supplemental type certificate (STC) approval for their 2-Place Divan for the Learjet 60 Model Aircraft. The newly awarded STC is in addition to the approval for the Learjet 55, 55B, and 55C Series Aircraft.
The 2-Place Divan updates the aircraft by adding additional passenger space while giving the cabin a larger, more open look. The divan is available as either right or left side facing, and armrests, drawer, and close out panels are all available options. Armrests can be added to either end of the divan.
There is no airframe modification necessary. Installation is as simple as removing the existing seats/furnishings, and then placing the divan into the desired location by locking it into the seat tracks. Kits are usually in stock and available for immediate world-wide shipment. However, fluctuations in demand may cause up to a 30-day delivery time.
