English Field Aviation Welcomes New Avionics Manager

Amarillo, TX, October 07, 2015—English Field Aviation (EFA) is pleased to announce that Scott Latino joined the EFA team as Avionics Manager, effective Tuesday, September 1.

Scott has been an avionics technician for more than 30 years, owned and operated his own avionics repair station for 10 years, and he brings valuable experience for helping onboard and train new technicians.

“Scott is a highly motivated professional whose addition will enable us to fast-track and boost new equipment installations and provide better avionics repair work service,” says Travis Lamance, EFA Co-Owner & General Manager. “His training experience has already been put to work in weekly workshops where he instructs a classroom of technicians-increasing the cumulative knowledge of the whole crew.”

Based at the Amarillo location with the ability to travel and provide services, Scott will be working with EFA’s Account Manager Jamison Adams and maintenance team. In addition to training technicians as well as managing avionics installations and repairs, he will also gather the required information for EFA’s sales team to make project bids.
